- Can I return my order and request a refund?
We want you to love your Glowie nails as much as we do! That said, due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or if you’ve chosen the wrong style or size—so please double-check your order before checking out.💖
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item (oops!), please get in touch with us straight away at support@glowiebyher.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible!
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- All included items (like your tool kit!) must be intact and unopened.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation works perfectly).
Refund Processing
